Privacy Policy

Amazing Yemen respects the privacy of its website and application users, and is committed to handling personal data in a responsible and secure manner that is appropriate to the nature of the services provided through the platform.

This policy applies to Amazing Medical, Amazing Travel, Amazing Visa, Amazing Store and any other services offered through the AmazingYE website or app.

1. Data we may collect

We may collect data provided by the user when creating an account, submitting an order, or using one of our services, such as name, phone number, email address, country and city, order details, address when necessary, and documents uploaded by the customer to perform the service.

For medical services, data may include medical records, reports, examinations, medical images, and information provided by the patient to obtain a consultation, report, or appointment booking.

Travel and visa services may require passport data, travel information, documents required for the application, and other data necessary to carry out the service.

2. Payment details

AmazingYE currently operates using payment methods that include local e-wallets within Yemen and international transfers via Western Union and MoneyGram.

The customer may upload a photo of the transfer receipt or transaction details to verify the payment. We do not ask the customer to enter wallet passwords or any other confidential information not required for the verification process.

3. How to use the data

We use data to receive and process orders, communicate with the customer, provide the requested service, verify payments, manage the account and orders, provide support, improve website and application services, and prevent illegal or fraudulent use.

The principle of transparency is observed in presenting information about services, prices, and requests, which is one of the principles emphasized by the Yemeni Consumer Protection Law.

4. Medical data

We treat medical information and documents as information of a private nature, and they are used only for the purpose of providing the service requested by the patient or client.

When the service requires sending the file to a doctor, hospital, or healthcare provider, only the information necessary to fulfill the request is shared.

AmazingYE is not a substitute for emergency medical services, and remote consultations do not replace direct examination in cases that require it.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared as necessary with doctors, hospitals, travel providers, hotels, ticketing companies, visa application agencies, shipping companies, or technical service providers who help operate the platform.

We do not sell users' personal data as a standalone commercial product.

6. Data Protection

We take appropriate administrative and technical measures to help protect user data from unauthorized access or use.

However, no electronic system can be 100% secure, and therefore users are advised not to send passwords or confidential financial data via messages or fields not designated for that purpose.

7. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, serve the customer, keep operational records, handle disputes or regulatory obligations, and then it can be deleted or archived as needed.

8. Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, save user settings, and analyze site performance.

Users can manage cookies from their browser settings.

9. User rights

The user can contact us to request the correction or updating of their personal data, or to inquire about data related to their account or requests.

Some deletion requests may be subject to the need to retain certain records related to the transactions or services that were performed.

10. Third-party services and websites

The website or app may contain links to or services from third parties, such as travel companies, hospitals, or app stores.

AmazingYE is not responsible for the privacy policies of those entities, and users are advised to review their policies when switching to them.

11. Privacy of minors

If the service relates to a child or minor, the application must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian when required.

12. Amend the Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as services are developed or operational or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on the website or application with the date of the last update clearly indicated.
