These terms cover Amazing Medical, Amazing Travel, Amazing Visa, Amazing Store, and any other services offered through the platform.

AmazingYE may act in some services as an intermediary between the client and an external service provider, such as a doctor, hospital, airline, hotel, or visa processing agency.

The customer is obligated to enter correct and complete information when submitting the application.

The customer is responsible for errors resulting from entering an incorrect name, passport number, phone number, travel date, or other data.

AmazingYE may request additional documents or information when necessary to perform the service.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through the website or app is considered an initial request to obtain the service or product.

An order is not considered final until:
Order review + Check service availability when needed + Payment confirmation from management.

The request may be refused or canceled if it cannot be fulfilled, the information is incomplete, or if a violation or illegal use is proven.

4. Prices

The prices available on the website or app are displayed as clearly as possible.

Some services, especially travel tickets, hotels, tour packages, and third-party services, may have prices that change depending on availability or the supplier's price at the time of confirmation.

In these cases, the customer is informed of the final price before the transaction is completed whenever possible.

The principle of clarifying data and prices and not misleading is consistent with the objectives of the Yemeni Consumer Protection Law in ensuring transparency of transactions and protecting the consumer from deceptive advertising.

Payment methods are currently available, including local electronic wallets within Yemen and approved international transfers.

The customer must use the payment details displayed on the platform or those officially provided by the AmazingYE team.

After the transfer, a payment notification must be uploaded or sent upon request.

Payment is not considered confirmed simply by sending a photo of the transfer; it is only confirmed after review and verification by the administration.

6. Amazing Medical

The medical services offered through the platform aim to facilitate access to doctors and medical services.

Remote consultations are not a substitute for in-person clinical examinations and should not be relied upon in emergencies requiring immediate medical intervention.

Medical decisions, diagnosis, and treatment are the responsibility of the qualified physician or healthcare provider based on their professional assessment.

AmazingYE facilitates communication and service but does not guarantee a specific treatment outcome.

7. Amazing Travel

Airline tickets, hotels, hotel apartments, and travel packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, airline, or hotel.

Prices and availability may change before final booking.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their name as it appears on their passport, passport validity, and compliance with the entry requirements of their destination country.

8. Amazing Visa

AmazingYE assists in preparing, submitting, or following up on visa applications and related services, depending on the type of service.

Visa issuance is the sole decision of the relevant government or diplomatic agency, and approval of any visa application cannot be guaranteed.

AmazingYE is not responsible for visa refusals if the decision is made by the relevant authority, subject to the service fee refund policy.

9. Amazing Store

Product availability depends on stock or supplier availability.

Minor product details may vary if clarified before order completion.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and contact information for shipment delivery.

Returns or exchanges are subject to the cancellation and return policy published on the platform.

10. Third Parties

Services provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels, hospitals, and shipping companies, are also subject to their terms and policies.

In such cases, the order will be processed according to the actual circumstances and the terms of the service provider.
